3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or incorrect information. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Orders are subject to product availability.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site. Applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs are shown at checkout, or are your responsibility where stated.
  • For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in your country. Unless we tell you otherwise at checkout, these are not included in the price.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other supported payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown on the Site and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Delivery times, shipping costs, and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, withdrawal rights, and refunds are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors, sizes, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing. We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it and, where needed, offer you the choice to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

7. CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY

Fashion jewelry, including plated pieces, can be affected over time by moisture, perfume, chlorine, sweat, and abrasion. To keep your pieces looking their best, remove them before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying cosmetics.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, and branding, belongs to Sorezza LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

9. LIABILITY

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described, or our liability for anything that cannot be excluded by law.
  • Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as customs, carrier handling, or force majeure.
  • Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
